1. Why Should I add my photograph/ horoscope on Walsha Matrimonials?
 

Our statistics show that adding a photo to your matrimonial profile increases the number of times your profile is viewed by upto 10 times. You are likely to receive 200% as many responses if you attach a photo. The most viewed profiles are those that have a photo. So we advise you to attach a photo to increase your chances of finding your partner quickly.

2. How do I add a photograph/ horoscope to my profile?
  Please follow the steps below...
 
  • Login with your User ID & Password.
  • On the left of your screen, Click the Add/ Delete Photo under "Profile Management" heading.
  • To add your photo, click the 'Browse' button and select the digital photograph (scanned photograph in jpeg /gif format) to be included. Click "Upload" to include your photo in the profile. Similarly to add the horoscope, select "Add/ Delete Horoscope" option.

      And you can also replace or delete your photo anytime and the changes are updated instantly.

    3. How long will it take for my photo to appear?
     

    Our Customer Care team usually approves and posts your photos within 24 to 72 hours. Our team reviews all photographs uploaded by members. While we allow members the ability to upload their photographs, we reserve the right to remove/delete any photograph that violates socially accepted norms of decency and/or contains any form of nudity.

    4. I don't have a digital photograph. How do I add my photograph?
     

    If you do not have a digital (scanned) photo, send us your photograph at the address given below. After receiving your photo we will scan, enhance, optimize and upload your photograph and attach it to your profile.

      Please write the following on the back of your photograph.
     
  • User ID
  • Your Name
  • Your E-mail Address
  • Your Signature

    5. How do I protect my photograph/ horoscope?
     

    To ensure your privacy, you can protect your photo or horoscope with a password. You can give the Password to the prospective alliances upon communication.

      Please follow the steps below to remove your profile...
     
  • Login with your User ID & Password.
  • On the left of your screen, Click the Protect Photo/ Horoscope under "Profile Management" heading.
  • In the "Protect Photo/Horoscope" section click on the "Yes" button for the aspect you would like to protect.

  • Enter your photo password (different from profile password) and re-enter it for confirmation.

  • Click 'Submit' to protect your photograph/ horoscope.

    6. Can I add more than one photograph to my profile?
     

    No, Walsha Matrimonials allows only one photograph per matrimonial profile. But You can change your existing photograph and attach a new photograph to your profile.

    7. How do I change my photograph in my profile?
      Please follow the steps below to change your photograph...
     
  • Login with your User ID & Password.
  • On the left of your screen, Click the Add/ Delete Photograph under "Profile Management" heading.
  • Follow the Instruction there.
     

    The photograph you had stored earlier will automatically be deleted and replaced with the new one you upload.

    8. How do I remove my photograph from my profile?
      Please follow the steps below to remove your profile...
     
  • Login with your User ID & Password.
  • On the left of your screen, Click the Add/ Delete Photograph under "Profile Management" heading.
  • Tick the checkbox provided to confirm your intention to delete you photograph and click the 'Remove' button at the end of the form.
