1. I forgot my User ID, what should I do?
 

If you have forgotten your User ID, We can send your User ID to your email address. All you need to do is...

 
  • Click here to open the Login Page.
  • In Login Page, you will see "Forgot your User ID or Password?" Enter your e-mail address there and click the 'Submit' button.

      You will receive your User ID and Password by e-mail immediately.

  • Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Change password' button to change your password

  • On the left of your screen, Click the Change Contact Email under "My Account" heading.
  • Follow the instructions in the form and click the 'Submit' button to change your E-mail address.

    5. Can I change my User ID?
     

    No. Walsha Matrimonials.com does not allow you to change your User ID since it is used as a unique identifier in several places within the system. Therefore we recommend that you choose your User ID carefully.
